After a long winter, we are happy to share another update on our adventures at Glamping aan de Maas.
Over the past few months – when it wasn't too cold! – Peter has been busy with work on the school bus. Work you won't see of later, but which is incredibly important. Think of all the cabling, preparing drains, insulation material behind the side panels, and of course, the roof.
Sounds simple? It's not! How about removing about 700 screws from the roof panels… and putting them back one by one after insulating the roof?
In addition, the shower has been prepared, the new floor has been laid, the sheet material has arrived, and the drawings have been finalized. The fun part – the actual construction – can finally begin!
Meanwhile, our wellness bungalow is wildly popular. We welcome new guests almost every weekend, and business guests are also finding their way to us increasingly often. For the past six weeks, a sociable group of men from Friesland stayed with us during the week.
Annemarie is working hard behind the scenes to dot the i’s and cross the t’s for the summer season. In six weeks, the Airstream caravan with hot tub will be available for rent again – we are already looking forward to it!
